Processing Times

  • Art Prints: Ships the following business day.
  • Artworks (with metal leaf embellishment request): Ships within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Custom Art: Ships within 4 to 6 weeks.

Standard Shipping

A flat-rate of $3 applies for all art prints shipping within the United States.

A flat-rate of $6 (for original artwork smaller than 10x24) applies for all orders within the United States.

For artwork larger than 10x20: Shipping surcharges will apply. Shipping costs are calculated by the size and weight of the artwork.

Delivery time: Standard shipping 3-7 days.

Returns and Exchanges

I want you to love your VisuaLinLin artwork. As the artist, I want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase (art print and/or original). Once you have the artwork in your hands, you have 30 days to decide whether or not it is the right piece for you.

Note: Customers are responsible for all return fees.

If you receive damaged artwork, please refer to the returns policy below for further details. Please make sure to keep all the original packaging as damaged artwork caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.

Custom and Original Artwork Return Policy

Please note: custom artworks are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Please carefully unpack your artwork. Retain the packaging until you know you are satisfied with your purchase.

If the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return a qualifying purchase for an exchange or refund.

From the date you receive your item, you have 30 days to return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. Note: Customers are responsible for return fees.

How to Return an Original Undamaged Work

  1. Within 30 days of your delivery date, please contact us at info@visualinlin.com with your order information and reason for return
  2. Use the original packaging to return your artwork. Please contact us if needed.
  3. Once we receive your artwork, VisuaLinLin will process the return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment — minus shipping costs and fees.

How to Return Artwork that Arrives Damaged

  1. Save original packaging.
  2. Within 7 days of the delivery date, please email us at info@visualinlin.com with your order information. Include photos of the packaging and artwork. You have 30 days to return the item for a refund.
  3. VisuaLinLin will contact you to discuss next steps.
